Your sensors are ready for a new cycle
Verification on our metrology bench, a new battery, restored sealing and a hardware update. Every serviced sensor is returned with its verification report in accordance with NF X 07-011.

The verification bench
The bench compares the displacement applied to the sensor with the measurement reported by the module: the entire measurement chain is verified, not just the sensor.

A motorised linear stage
A motor fitted with an encoder moves the sensor step by step. The encoder measures the displacement itself, so no external reference system is needed.
The bench software
It controls the stage, records the module’s signal at each position and calculates the sensitivity and linearity of the chain.

The verification report
It accompanies every Obsessio module sold with a displacement sensor and includes:
- Verification conditions: date, location and temperature
- The measurement principle and equipment used
- Each measurement point and its deviation
- Sensitivity and maximum non-linearity
- The conformity verdict
